Keri was so helpful, professional and courteous. She was knowledgeable about the different style of glasses that best fit on my daughter's face. Keri also helped me research my insurance and see what best deal was for us. Definitely will be back!! Thanks Keri!!
Very satisfied with the customer service I received and the great selection of frames. I have to return and make some corrections on my progressive lens transitions. This is no fault of theirs and they tried to warn me. Fran was attentive and explained things professionally and thoroughly. You have a solid customer for the future.
I have been trying to contact the Concord Mills location. I have sat on hold for over 20-30 minutes. The only response I am receiving, is dealing with Automated service. The recording and automated services is telling you to go online. So, I finally go online to see if I can place my order online. Well, I put all my information in, pick out what I want to order. To my surprise, there is No where to put my insurance information. As I am looking for it, someone finally answer the phone. So at this point I think I finally getting ready to place my order. Wrong, the person who answered the phone sounds like they are at home (I can hear a dog barking in the background). So at this point, I am aggravated. So I tell the Saleperson what and why I am calling. Again to my surprise I am being told you can’t put no other insurance information in besides Davis insurance. So at this point, I am piss. The lady I am speaking/or the automated service isn’t helpful. The best the sale rep can do is send a email to the location and have them call me back within the next 24 hours. Not only was my time wasted, but I don’t have any ideal if Visionworks takes my new insurance. I have been to many eye doctors, I have never seen it so busy and can’t answer the dam phone. Weight my options to see if I need to find another eye doctor. A really unhappy customer.
The gentleman that helped when purchasing my glasses was very helpful and personable. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. When I picked up my glasses, the girl that was there barely spoke! And she knew absolutely nothing about fitting my glasses. After a couple days of dealing with a poor fit, I returned to the store only to find the same girl there. Again, she never spoke, and the other girl there with green hair (also with no personality) attempted to fit my glasses. She wasn't any more experienced than the other girl, and still my glasses weren't correctly fitted. I'll just go to Wal-Mart where there is a professional to have them adjusted!
I have to admit that Christina and Kris were AMAZING with helping me today. They have excellent customer service and they both went above and beyond to take care of me today! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves good service and good people! Thank you both for a great experience today!
